Merih Sevilir is head of the Department of Laws, Regulations and Factor Markets at IWH and Professor of Finance at ESMT-Berlin. She conducts research in labor and finance, entrepreneurial finance, healthcare finance, and corporate governance. She served as Associate Editor at the Review of Financial Studies and has been Associate Editor at the Journal of Corporate Finance.
