Anne has a PhD from University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Anne is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand in recognition of service, and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She sat on the “National Education Board” of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and held the role of Chair for the “Financial Reporting Committee” that oversees the CA financial reporting curriculum for several years.
Anne is an Associate Editor for the prestigious Journal of Business Finance and Accounting and sits on the boards of several journals including Accounting and Business Research and Abacus. She has published in the top North American accounting journal (The Accounting Review) and many other quality journals with regular invitations to present work in Australia, Europe and the US.
