Annalisa Prencipe is KPMG Professor of Accounting at Bocconi University. She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the same institution. She was the President of the European Accounting Association from 2021 to 2023. Currently, she is a member of the Bocconi University Board.
Her past and current research focuses on financial and sustainability reporting, disclosure and corporate governance, with special attention to private and family firms. She teaches financial and sustainability reporting at graduate and post-graduate level.
